Staten Islanders invaded the Big Apple to participate in the second Tax Day Tea Party - a partnership between the Staten Island Tea Party and Manhattan-based TeaParty365.  The SITP's own Frank Santarpia and Lorraine Scanni were the kick-off speakers, followed by a stellar lineup that included Andrew Wilkow, KT McFarland and Lou Dobbs.
